I’ve created this space to have an easy way to contact me, book sessions, retreats and stay up to date in all the magical stuff we put together. If you’re wondering a bit about me and how Grounded way came to be here goes!
My name is Emily Lozano I am a full time momma of 4. I have a wonderful husband we travel half of the year with our family around the world the other half of the year we are working on putting together amazing retreats and holistic events, workshops etc that have changed our lives and we want to share with the world. We have had a deep transformation in the last 5 years which if you stick around you will be hearing about and we want to use the tools we have learned to bring others on this journey of reconnecting with your true self with the deepest parts of yourself and truly live in your souls purpose. If any of this resonates with you, welcome to the tribe. This has changed everything from our relationship to our finances and our overall wellbeing exponentially. We work with family constellations, breathwork, Holistic coaching etc. It was always a dream for us to be able to do this full time and now we’ve made it a reality. We still have our careers I am in clinical research and he is an engineer. While we love our careers, we love people more. We want to spread as much love, connection and consciousness as possible.
