We begin with a gentle body scan and grounding exercise to shift you out of analysis and into sensation. From there, you’ll enter the space of the herd and observe their natural behavior without directing or controlling the outcome. Horses respond to what is unspoken — to tension, coherence, boundaries, authenticity, and emotional truth.

As you witness their movement, interactions, and positioning, patterns often become visible in ways the mind alone cannot access. What unfolds in the field frequently mirrors relational dynamics, internal conflicts, decisions, or emotional states you may be navigating.

If something specific surfaces, we may integrate a brief somatic or constellation-based exercise to bring understanding and alignment to what emerged. The session closes with reflection and integration.

Horses are deeply attuned to states of safety and alertness. In their presence, many people begin to notice shifts in breathing, posture, and emotional tone — offering the body an opportunity to remember balance, connection, and calm responsiveness.
