Payment and Refund Policy
The Women’s Circle is offered through a monthly subscription or a full payment option. Your payment secures your participation and allows us to sustain the space with intention and plan the circle experience.
Payment Options:
Monthly Subscription:
Monthly subscription payments are non-refundable once processed. If you decide to pause or withdraw from the Circle, please notify us in advance. Future payments may be canceled; however, payments already made will remain non-refundable.
Full Payment:
Refunds for full payments are only available if the cancellation is made more than 30 days before the first meeting. Payments made less than 30 days before the circle begins are non-refundable.
Refunds will only be considered under extraordinary circumstances and will be granted at the sole discretion of the organizers.
Late payments will incur a 5% charge for each overdue payment cycle.
