Registration Open โ Level I ยท Module 1 begins Tuesday, September 22, 2026
The Online Family Constellations Training is an invitation to go deeperโinto yourself, your family system, and the patterns that shape the way we live and relate.
For some, it becomes a deeply personal experience: a space to explore your family history, see what may have been carried across generations, and develop a greater awareness of your place within your system.
For others, it is a professional training that offers a foundation for becoming a Family Constellations facilitator, while supporting therapists, coaches, educators, and other practitioners who wish to bring a systemic perspective into their work.
The training is rooted in the original work of Bert Hellinger and the foundations of Family Constellations. At the same time, it creates space to meet the realities of our changing world and to explore how systemic principles continue to show themselves in our families, relationships, work, and communities.
This is not simply a training to learn a method. It is an opportunity to experience the work, understand it from within, and discover how it can become part of the way you see and meet life.
What You Will Learn
Whether you are drawn to Family Constellations for your own personal growth or as a path toward professional practice, this training brings together deep inner work, systemic understanding, and hands-on experience.
Throughout the program, you will explore:
Personal and inner work rooted in Bert Hellingerโs original principles
Systemic theory and practical understanding
Experiential live sessions that allow you to learn through direct experience
Guided practice within a safe, supportive, and respectful environment
Supervision, feedback, and guidance to help you develop confidence and awareness
A warm, international community of people learning and growing together
Training Structure
The training unfolds progressively, allowing you to develop both personally and practically at each stage.
Level I introduces the foundations of Family Constellations, with an emphasis on personal exploration and inner work. It also provides a strong foundation for those who may eventually feel called to facilitate.
Level II takes you deeper into the principles, movements, questions, and presence involved in accompanying others through systemic work.
Module Twelve brings the full training together through guided practice, supervision, integration, and refinement of your skills.
The complete training spans approximately one and a half years. Certification is awarded upon successful completion of all program requirements.
For those who feel called to facilitate in person, we also offer an intensive experience once or twice a year.
IS THIS FOR YOU
This training tends to fit if
You want a clear, well-held structure, not a loosely improvised course
You'd rather understand your own family system first, then decide about facilitating
You want this rooted in Hellinger's original teachings, not a repackaged version of them
You learn best live, in conversation, not through pre-recorded modules alone
You're looking for both depth and practical, usable skill
"If something in you recognizes itself while reading this โ even quietly โ that's usually reason enough to begin."

The path unfolds in three parts
The full certification takes roughly a year and a half, module by module. Nobody rushes through this work โ the pacing is part of the method.
LEVEL I - Your Own System First
Eight modules focused on your own inner work โ the foundation everyone needs before they try to hold this space for someone else. You can join any Level I module on its own, for your own growth, with no obligation to continue toward certification.
LEVEL II - Learning to hold the space for others
Once all of Level I is complete, Level II turns toward facilitation itself โ the Orders of Helping, the blind spots every new facilitator has, and real practice sessions with feedback from your peers and from Emily directly.
LEVEL III - Guided practice, with people you don't know yet
The final stretch โ nine sessions of facilitating constellations for participants outside your usual group, with live supervision. This is where the training stops being theoretical.
Twelve modules, unfolding at your own pace
The full training is made up of twelve modules, each offering space to learn, explore, and deepen your understanding of Family Constellations.
Module 1 is now open for registration. The following modules will open as each group is ready to continue, allowing the training to unfold naturally without requiring you to wait for a new cohort to begin.
You can move through the curriculum at a pace that supports your own learning, personal development, and readiness for the next step.
