Seven by the Sea Retreat will be held in Guanacaste, Costa Rica, at the Imiloa Institute — a luxury jungle sanctuary overlooking the Pacific Ocean. For any inquires about the location or directions please email us at hello@letsground.com.

Please note: Transportation from SJO Airport from & to retreat location is included.

Route to Isis Retreat will be held in Egypt, beginning in Cairo and continuing with temple initiations along the Nile during a luxurious river cruise. This sacred journey allows us to travel in comfort while visiting Egypt’s most powerful ancient sites.

Each retreat is intentionally intimate, with a maximum of 15 participants. This allows for deeper connection, personalized attention, and a close-knit community.

• Airport transfers and charter flight (for Seven by the Sea)

• Use of retreat center facilities (Imiloa’s pool, jungle paths, and shared spaces)

• Hotel and Nile River cruise accommodation and temple entrance fees (for Route to Isis)

You are responsible for booking your flights to and from San Jose airport (SJO). Pick up and drop off to and from the retreat center to SJO airport is included.

• Seven by the Sea (Costa Rica):
  Yes. All meals are included and lovingly prepared by Imiloa’s gourmet chefs. You’ll enjoy three organic, locally sourced, plant-based meals daily, designed to nourish your body and support your retreat journey. Snacks, coffee, tea, and fresh juices are also available throughout the day. Special dietary needs (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, etc.) can be accommodated with advance notice.

• Route to Isis (Egypt):
  Yes. During the retreat, daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner are included. While on the Nile River cruise, all meals will be served on board, blending traditional Egyptian flavors with international cuisine. 

We can accommodate most dietary restrictions such as gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian etc. Meals will include farm to table plant based food. If you have any special requests, please contact us. 

You are not required to but we recommend participating in everything to get the full experience of this program. If you have any reservations or medical conditions that prevent you from participating in this program we can accommodate those. 

Our retreats are designed as full, immersive journeys. To honor the flow of the program, we ask that guests join for the complete retreat dates. If you’d like to extend your time before or after, we’re happy to recommend nearby hotels.

Each retreat balances group practices, ceremonies, nourishing meals, and integration time with space for rest.

• In Costa Rica, you’ll experience a flow of jungle immersion, ocean views, and community rituals.

• In Egypt, days are woven with temple visits, guided initiations, and life on the Nile River cruise, with evenings spent in reflection and integration.

Not at all. Whether this is your first retreat or your tenth, you’ll be guided with care and supported every step of the way.

• For Costa Rica, most travelers do not require a visa for short stays. Please check your country’s entry requirements before booking.

• For Egypt, most travelers will need a visa, which can often be obtained online (e-visa) or upon arrival. Please check your country’s specific requirements before travel.
